Salvation Station

Welcome to Salvation Station, CCMV's ministry to children from nursery - 6th grade! We here at Salvation Station have one main goal: for your child to know Christ. Not simply to know about Him, but to know Him personally as Lord and Savior. Thus, our purpose, vision, and mission statements coincide with those of the greater Calvary Chapel Mission Viejo body: to know Christ, to grow in a close walk with Him, and to sow Him to others.

Our ministry offers various events and resources for both children and parents. To view those, to get weekly details about what your kids are learning, and to find out more general information about our ministry please visit our website at

The nursery is a vital ministry of our church. Our volunteers are committed to providing high-quality care for each child in a safe, loving and nurturing environment for infants through 24 months.

We have a base of regular volunteers to minister to the children, which helps to make the transition to the nursery easier for the children and parents. Each of our volunteers is screened for safety concerns and is qualified to minister in the nursery. Our nursery has a paging system and secure check-in procedure to ensure the safety of your child. Parents have the opportunity to worship and hear God’s Word, confident that their young children are in a safe and loving place.

Nursery is provided for the Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study, the Thursday night Home Fellowship and both Sunday services.

Nursing Mom’s Room:

We have a beautiful nursing mom’s room, specially designed for mothers and their infants. This quiet room will allow you to nurse, feed and comfort your baby as well as hear and view the service in a comfortable environment. A changing table and sink are located in the back of the room.

Our Purpose:

To nurture, love and minister to the needs of each child.

To provide a safe and secure environment.

To pray over each child and his/her family.

To teach age-appropriate Bible stories to the children.

To equip the parents to hear the Word of God in the

service and therefore “train up their children in the way they should go.”
